French Roast

This coffee is roasted to a perfect dark brown bean and has delicious burnt undertones. A wonderful bold cup that's flavorful, shiny with oil and has a diminished acidity. Complex wild fruitiness, including intense notes of Jasmine.

Roastmaster Notes:  Watching our 5^th Generation Roastmaster craft our French Roast is a thing of beauty. As the beans begin to turn to a deep ebony and display a lovely oily surface, he knows that if he pushes them a second too long, they will burst into flames. This is French Roast - the 100% South American Arabica beans can’t be roasted any darker.  Each cup has a complex, wild fruitiness with delicious smoky undertones, intense notes of Jasmine and a diminished acidity.
